Mišo Mudrić

Senior Lecturer

Dr. Mišo Mudrić is a Senior Lecturer at the Department for Maritime and Transport Law. He holds lectures in Maritime and Transport Law and Insurance Law. Since 2007, he is an  associate on the scientific project "Croatian Transport Law and Challenges of the Single Market". Since 2013, he serves as researcher and a member of the Executive Committee of the MARSAFENET project. He is an arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a Secretary General and a member of the Governing Board of the Croatian Association of Insurance Law. He has completed a doctoral research at the International Max Planck Research School for Maritime Affairs, the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg, Germany, and obtained a Ph.D degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Hamburg, Germany.
